Russian Nutra-Nation MMA lightweight Star Khabib Nurmagomedov has been nominated for the title of International Fighter of the Year, which will be announced at the upcoming annual World MMA Awards.
Nurmagomedov’s incredible success in 2016 has seen him noticed by 'Fighters Only' magazine, which included him in the list of nominees for the 9th Annual World MMA Awards in the category of the International Fighter of the Year, where he will compete with other international MMA stars such as Conor McGregor, Michael Bisping, Joanna Jedrzejczyk, and Gegard Mousasi.
