Credits will be issued only to the party who initially purchased the products directly from Nutrabolics

  • The product being returned must have at least 75% of the contents remaining in the container
  • Pictures of the product in question must be provided. That includes the inside of the container along with the lot # and expiration date
  • Once a return is received with a completed customer return form, please allow 10-14 business days for us to review and process the request
  • Please do not dispose of the returned items until Nutrabolics has reviewed the details
  • All approved returns will be issued a credit only
  • Any product that is within 12 months of expiry will not be accepted for returns unless product is deemed to be defective
