Mindy Karuk is an established Fitness Model, WBFF Pro Fitness Diva, Radio Show Host, Cover Model, Published Writer, Makeup Artist, Fitness Personality and Lifestyle Coach based out of Vancouver British Columbia. Mindy was born in the small Prairie town of Dauphin Manitoba where she grew up with an older brother and her parents. She later moved to Winnipeg where she turned her life around from unhealthy eating habits to become the Fitness Ambassador she now is!
Having been involved in the industry for over eight years, she is no stranger to hard work and has been requested countless times to share her story in numerous interviews and features. Mindy has climbed her way to the top and there is no stopping how far she will go! Her myriad of personaes and empowering projects make her nothing short of a wonder woman!
