Biography:

I began lifting weights because I was always tired of being the "skinny guy", which I'm sure many of you have heard before! I've always been active, I ran a lot of track in high school and have played soccer most of my life. I was always inspired by the guys and gals in the fitness magazines and began my journey in my second year university. I immediately caught the "gym bug" and have never looked back. I love the way I look and feel.

My normal off-season program schedule usually would go as such: Isobolic: Immediately upon waking, post-workout, and before bed; Hemodrene or Thermal XTC used daily when cutting; and 1 serving of Hemotest before my workouts. I've recently added Swollen into my pre-workout stack as well as Geranium25 – what a rush! Also, creatine, DAA, and glutamine have always been a staple in my programs.

My favorite exercise in the gym is Squats! The king of all movements. Simply because they are the base and roots of bodybuilding and makes you engage all your muscles. Legs have always been my weak spot, so I make my leg days count! Every athlete needs an excellent set of wheels in the gym and on the field or court.
