Biography:

I have been training for 17 years. The summer heading into the 7th grade I started to lift weights like curls and pull ups and I was always running. At that time I was also playing football. Well, soon I figured out that the more I trained the stronger I got and then that translated onto the football field. So immediately I fell in love with training.

As I got older the more educated I became. I was fortunate enough to have had been coached by great coaches and also trained by some very high-end educated trainers. Again I fell in love with just the training aspect of sports, and also supplementation. I found out very quickly how the two need each other hand and hand. I wrapped up my 18-year football career as a SMU Huskie. I have been in 5 conference championships, won 4 of the 5. I have also been to 1 Vanier cup, and four bowl games where we won 3 out of the 4.

Now as my football career ended I needed something to fill my competitive void. I thought of MMA but then remembered I've been playing football for 18 years. My body doesn't need to go through punishment like that anymore. So my other option was the most obvious one. Bodybuilding.
