Biography:
I am a National Bikini Competitor, Fitness Model, Certified Personal Trainer, Motivational Speaker and a Nutrabolics Sponsored Athlete. I have been competing provincially in Nova Scotia for 2 years, placing 1st in my last show. My mission is to inspire others to unleash their inner fitness and chose a better life as I have.
I use a scientific approach when it comes to nutrition. I approach my daily workouts with much enthusiasm. I look forward to that time during my day when I can relieve stress, sharpen my focus and discipline, and continually challenge and improve myself. Staying healthy and fit is necessary for me to have the energy to balance my busy life. Nutrabolics products have given me that extra push that I need to stay energized and satisfied.
