ISOBOLIC Peanut-Butter Breakfast Banana Split

 

Nutrabolics Athlete Caitlyn Bellamy knows that you have to get creative with food when you can't indulge in the real thing. Caitlyn is currently prepping for the Northern Classic Competition in Fort St. John on June 8th, she shared her recipe for a Peanut-Butter Breakfast Banana Split (1 serving) made with ISOBOLIC strawberries n' cream.

Ingredients:

1 small ripe banana ( about 6” long), peeled and halved lengthwise
1 Tbsp. Creamy natural peanut butter
1/3 cup Sugar free or Plain 0% Greek Yogurt 
½ scoop Nutrabolics Strawberries and Cream Isobolic 
2 Tbsp. crunchy high-fiber, low sugar cereal (Fibre1- Crunchy Original)

Preparation:

1.Place the banana halves in a small banana split dish or shallow bowl, with the cut sides facing inward.

2.Spread the peanut butter evenly over the open banana.

3.Mix yogurt and protein together until smooth.

4.Spoon the yogurt in the middle. Top with the cereal.
