Eat your oatmeal!!
I’m currently 9 weeks out from the Max Muscle show. I’ve added in some additional cardio, but I’m still going strong thanks to my energy kicks from Hemorush & Hemodrene. I gotta hit that stage hard! so I start practicing my posing February 4th , once a week up to show time.
One thing that I love & really look forward to is my breakfast and post workout meals. Oatmeal & Isobolic chocolate protein pancakes. So yummy!!!
In a blender mix together the following:
½ cup dry oats
1 scoop protein powder – I used the Isobolic chocolate.
1/3 cup egg whites
½ cup water
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 packets of splenda
Spray frying pan with Pam cooking spray and pour mix in pan and cook on low heat till done. If you want, you can put sugar free syrup or frozen berries on them too. Makes one BIG pancake or you can split the mixture and make a few. Up to you! Enjoy!!
Tip: Oatmeal is a healthy fiber & all types of oats are effective at reducing cholesterol. Oatmeal is also a good Complex carb that is slow absorbing which helps kick up your metabolism to work harder. It also fills you up quick, which helps reduce over eating. So … EAT YOUR OATMEAL!!
