Hello Everyone!!

I hope training is going well and everyone is staying healthy with their VITABOLIC!!
As fellow Nutrabolics athlete, Juan mentioned in his blog he proposed in Cancun on our 3.5 year anniversary. I am super excited, but I need at least a year before a wedding!! He gave me a beautiful ring; he picked it out himself and I was very impressed. Thank you to our clients Glen and Chelsea from Diamond & Design Jewellery Store in Port Moody, they make the most beautiful jewellery.

Cancun was nice a relaxing but now I’m hitting the gym super hard. My strength in the gym is great. I am drinking Hemorush or Fight Factor before my weight training workout and AminoCell during my workout. My strength is going up, for example, I was rowing 100 pounds last week so 50 each arm on back day. For upper body: back, shoulders, arms I am training as heavy as possible. As for my legs I am doing super high reps, on quad day I did 200 step ups, 200 lunges and 100 squats. The reason I’m doing such high reps is to experiment because this is my offseason so this is the best time for me to try new things. I want to see if this type of training just hardens my legs and doesn’t make them bigger as I don’t want much size added to my lower body.
As for my meal plan, last week I did a mod carb week so each day I ate 5 carb meals. This week I started carb cycling to get me a bit tighter, as I seem to be carb sensitive. I am changing my diet to see how I feel and how my body looks, this way I know exactly what works for me and what doesn’t when it comes to fat burning which is critical during contest preparation.
Also I’d like to say well done to all the competitors at the Sandra Wickham Fall Classic, I volunteered backstage and there were some really awesome physiques!
Until next time,
Stay positive and remember your body takes time to change. You just need to be consistent!!
XOXO
