Breanne Seward – Sept. 22/09

breanne

This is an exciting week!  The Olympia in Vegas is where I am headed to go see the best bodies in the world.  I am especially excited to see the Figure competitors!  I have never been to the Olympia or Vegas so I am really looking forward to it!

I was very sick last week so I missed training.  However, this week I am back at it!

I have my new training program for off season ready to go for when I get back from the Olympia.

Monday: Sprint training for legs

Tuesday:  Chest and Tri’s

Wednesday:  Shoulders

Thursday: Legs with weights

Friday:  Back and Bi’s

Saturday: (Cardio Day)  Stairmaster 45 minutes

Sun: Rest Day!

I will also train core every other day and do cardio after weights for 30 minutes.

As for my nutrition, because I need to build some lean mass in my abdominal area and upper body, I have added back more carbohydrates.  Unfortunately with my body I do notice water retention when I eat carbs; however, my muscle gains are the best when I add more into my plan.

My new meal plan will look something like this:

Meal 1: Oatmeal and egg whites with 2 tbsp Flaxseed

Meal 2: 1 scoop chocolate Isobolic with 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter and 1 apple

Meal 3: Chicken and Veggie stiryfry with yam

Meal 4: Isobolic with 1 table spoon Almond Butter

Meal 5: Chicken, mixed veggies and Udo’s oil

Meal 6: Isobolic

I am looking forward to getting inspired this week in Vegas!  I am hoping to come back with more knowledge and training and nutrition.
