Natalie Waples – IFBB Figure Pro – Feb. 25/10

Hey fellow Nutrabolics fanatics! 

First off, I just wanted to say how excited I am to become a member of the Nutrabolics Team roster, and am really looking forward to promoting this great line of products.  I became familiar with the Nutrabolics brand when fellow team member, Brandi Latimer, introduced me to the company and its products in 2008.  As an IFBB Figure Pro, I rely on only the best supplements to get me through my training and competition preparation, so working with Nutrabolics is a match made in fitness-heaven. My favourite products are Vitabolic - the vitamin and multi-nutrient complex first thing in the morning; Hemodrene for Her fat-loss complex; Hemorush, for great energy pre-workout; and of course my ’staple’, Isobolic Cinnamon Oatmeal protein, for post workout recovery and muscle growth & repair. 

I started weight training at age 18 as part of a workout regime for my varsity cheerleading squad, and have been addicted to it ever since! After making the decision to compete in Figure, I made my way through the amateur ranks by winning both the Canadian Natural Nationals in 2007 (and represented Canada at the Worlds in Spain that same year), the 2008 Arnold Amateur Figure Championships, and the 2008 IFBB North American Figure Championships, where I won my IFBB Professional status amongst a competitive field of 120 athletes from Canada, the United States and Mexico.  2009 was my first year competing as an IFBB Professional, and I quickly became the most active Canadian IFBB Figure Pro, competing in 4 pro-level shows.

In 2010 I plan on taking the stage for the first time in July at the New York Pro Figure, followed by the Europa in Connecticut, and both the Dallas and Houston pro shows in August.  This is a tall order given the promotions I will be doing with Nutrabolics in the meantime, at both the Arnold Sports Festival and the FIBO fitness expo in Germany, but I have never been one to shy away from a challenge, and I cannot wait!

I will also be re-launching my website www.nataliewaplesfitness.com in July, which will include a brand new format, new images and tons of great fitness information.
